Guavas are plants in the myrtle family genus Psidium, which contains about 100 species of tropical shrubs and small trees. They are native to Mexico, Central America and northern South America. I am patient of ulcerative colitis and want to know if eating the fruit after deseeding will help in forming of the loose motions or should i avoid earting the same.
