Healthy fat loss is a very attainable goal for anyone who wants it. A group of friends and I just finished a weight loss pact that lasted for three months. Where we took proper precautions to make sure that our true number one goal was being healthy. Three out of four experience weight loss between twenty to thirty five pounds.That’s around two and half pounds of weight loss every week. We all ate three to six times daily using food and protein supplements. Along with exercise where we worked out a minimum of three days a week. Some of us working out daily. All work outs were at least twenty minutes. Our exercises were a mix of cardio and muscle training.

Eat healthy fats with each meal: fish oil, olive oil, mixed nuts.Thirst can make you think you’re hungry. Avoid soda, alcohol and fruit juice. Drink 2 cups water with each meal and sip water during your workout. Green tea and water with squeezed lemon are OK too.
One way to do this is by crash dieting. Extreme dieting meals will certainly lead to fat loss, but not to healthy fat loss. The body reacts to the dramatic caloric reduction by going into starvation mode, which involves storing as much fat as possible, and making the dieter feel extremely hungry. In almost all cases, resistance is broken in the end, and the dieter ends up fatter than ever.Then there are various fad diets, which involve avoiding certain foods. Again, the recommended dieting meals are no way to achieve healthy fat loss. The body requires a balanced diet.
There are also plenty of people that will give you advice about fat loss. That would be fine if it was not for the fact that mostly, it is the same old advice repeated over and over again. Basically it’s eating properly and exercising, but is there more to it, what about different foods and how they effect us, exercise and what should we do for our body shape. Men and women, we have the weight in different parts of our body depending upon what sex we are.

You’ll get bored of eating the same every day after about 3 weeks. Make slight changes, keep the structure. 2nd example fat loss diet, using morning workouts.Don’t waste your time counting calories you won’t get fat eating unprocessed foods. Just eat your stomach full and prepare your own food so you have total control over the ingredients. Aim for 2-3% fat loss per month.
