The Twelve Principles ultimately are realized as a multi-faceted Matrix, where we can enter from many doorways, depending upon our unique situation. Taken together, these Twelve Principles and their associated practices form an all-denominational body of unique.It might be difficult at the start and may even feel awkward but it gets easier and you will get the hang of it as you continue doing the practice.

12 Meditation Principles:
.After long practice, duality disappears and Samadhi, the superconscious state, is attained.
.Meditation comes when you reach a state of pure thought, but still retain your awareness of duality.
.Applying your chosen technique, hold your object of concentration at this focal point throughout your session.
.Now bring the mind to rest on the focal point of choice either the Anja or the Anahata Chakra.
.At first, let your mind wander it will only grow restless if you force it to concentrate.
.Establish a rhythmic breathing pattern inhaling then exhaling for about three seconds.
.Regulate your breathing start with 5 minutes of deep breathing, then slow it down.
.Instruct your mind to remain quiet for the duration of your session.
.Sit with your back, neck, and head in a straight line, facing North or East.
.Using the same time and place each day, condition the mind to slow down more quickly.
.Choose a time when your mind is free from everyday concerns.
.Set aside a special place for Meditation.
You chose the time, the place and your parents in order to set a life plan in motion which would explore those themes.The Way of Nature the true commitment is to direct spiritual illumination, rather than emphasis on the outer forms of a specific lineage or religion. It is John’s hope that the illumination of these twelve collective principles will help those of you practicing a particular religion.
Such pre-planning gave rise to the occurrence of related, meaningful events in your life which may have already given you the impression that destiny exists.You will experience the fundamental nature of your path more clearly and develop great respect for all the other paths that share these same universal principles.
