This is essential because at the beginning phase, it is impossible to stop the mind from wandering. Therefore, a category of objects is selected on which to focus the mind.To train yourself to pay attention, you can try narrowing your field of concentration to a category of objects first, where your mind still has a little of freedom of movement.
It helps you make more concentrated about the things that are helpful in meditation. People feel very difficult to concentrate on one particular thing, and this is where this technique is very beneficial.The aim should be to visualize the flower completely. After some time, the focus is transferred to another corner where another flower exists. In this way, the focus can continue to change from one object to the next. Visualize its shape of the object, the color of the object, any pictures or colors on the object, the texture of the object such as whether it is smooth or rough. Whether there are any words on the object and then rotate the object on a 3D axis. As you are visualizing the object, test to see if the object has a distinct smell in your mind. Visualize that smell clearly in your mind.
Remembrance of God can only take place when you let go of the past and stop dreaming about the future. Then the pendulum of the mind stops swinging back and forth; it reaches a point of stillness, and you dwell in the stillness of the present moment.
