Tadasana Pose (Mountain Pose) | Pose in Tadasana | Mountain Asana

Tadasana is a position used at the beginning and in the middle and in the end, in which you pay attention to your position, your concentration and your breathing.Bend the knees and slowly roll up to stand in Mountain Pose Tadasana. From here, I like to do several Half Sun Salutations.

Beginning of yoga practice

These are the first half of a Sun Salutation, before you step back.Encourage the toes and bones of the feet to spread and increase in surface area.Lift and spread your toes and the balls of your feet, then lay them softly down on the floor. Rock back and forth and side to side. Gradually reduce this swaying to a standstill.

Then with your arms hanging loose at your sides, roll your shoulders forward, up to the ears, back to the center of the back and down several times. Repeat in the opposite direction. Finally with your arms still hanging loose at your sides, bend your head forward with your chin close to your chest then roll your head so your right ear is toward your right shoulder keeping your chin level and eyes looking forward.

Those having complaints of reeling sensation should not practice Tadasana. The individual can improve the balance in this pose by standing with his inner feet slightly apart, stretching from 3 to 5 inches.
